A digital museum is a combination of a space where authentic materials are collected and an online space that allows widespread disclosure of information about exhibits. These are museums that act as an educational agent that strives to provide the best experience for their visitors. In order to offer quality services and products to your audience, the professionals who create them need to constantly evolve. The need for museums to rapidly move online during the COVID-19 pandemic has made it possible to understand and realize the need to develop digital competencies for museum staff so that they can create and implement new and diverse online products in their institutions. The goal of our work is to design a service that will contribute to the development of museum staff in the development of digital competencies. We conducted research, studied the needs of the target audience, analyzed their problems, analyzed potential competitors, and based on the results obtained, we created a prototype of the service, tested it, evaluated and collected feedback, which will serve as a good basis for further research.
