Based on the study of scientific and professional literature, the work defines the basic concepts, studies the research results, identifies the approaches and practices of talent management, and defines the role of the organizational climate in talent management. The results of a diagnostic study carried out using qualitative and quantitative methods (interviews and questionnaires of employees on a short version of the validated organizational climate scale) are presented. Differences in the perception of the organizational climate between employees, included and not included in the pool of talents, were identified. Based on the research results, a talent management strategy was formed, taking into account those characteristics of the company's organizational climate, which favorably affects talented employees.
