Nowadays the staff adaptation in the organization is a necessary element of personnel management. The relevance of adaptation measures is increasingly seen in government and commercial organizations at the initial stages of work, namely, during the probational period. In this regard, it is necessary to consider the impact of the adaptation procedure on the process of passing the probationary period. And also to investigate the subjectivity of assessing the impact of measures taken in relation to new employees on the passage of the probationary period. This work is considered to the study of the subjective assessment of the impact of adaptation measures on the passage of the probationary period by hotel employees. The relevance of the study is determined by the fact that the adaptation procedure can have a different impact on the motivation and attitude of the employee to the work process, and as a result, on the decision-making process about further work. It is also worth emphasizing that the recruitment procedure is a rather long and expensive process, so the company is interested in retaining and retaining an employee at the initial stages, during the probationary period. The purpose of the study is to assess the subjective impact of the system of adaptation of employees undergoing a probationary period and its improvement. The object of the study is the employees undergoing a probationary period in Lotte Hotel Moscow The subject of the study is the system of employee adaptation in Lotte Hotel Moscow. The research methods are the analysis of scientific sources, the analysis of internal documents regulating Human Resource Management (HRM) issues in the hotel and especially the issues of staff adaptation, as well as interviews with employees. The practical significance of the study is to use the results of the research directly in the organization to improve the adaptation process.
