Transformation of the Practice of Recruiting Line Personnel in a Pandemic

The final qualification work is aimed at studying the practices of selecting line personnel during the pandemic. The relevance of the topic is due to the transformation of recruitment practices, which arose as a result of the forced need for organizations to review the Selection Practices and tools used in a difficult phenomenon for business, namely, a pandemic. Until recently, working from home was a privilege of the units, but COVID-19 has changed the rules of the game. The largest companies of Russian and foreign origin have faced a number of problems in the search and selection of line personnel, since the possibility of remote work for line employees is not provided at all, and line personnel are the smiths of the business of any company, regardless of its segment. The system of recruitment and selection of personnel is an important business process in any enterprise, the main purpose of which is to attract employees with suitable personal qualities and able to quickly and effectively solve the tasks set, since competent and highly qualified employees are a necessary condition for its normal and effective functioning. In the context of research work, the problem of research is to summarize the results of the transformation of recruitment practices. More than a year has passed since the pandemic began to dictate business conditions and change the principles of hiring, and the quality of human resources, their contribution to the achievement of the organization's goals, and the quality of products or services provided.
