The relevance of the topic is due to the transformation of recruitment practices, which arose as a result of the forced need for organizations to review the Selection Practices and tools used in a difficult phenomenon for business, namely, a pandemic. Until recently, working from home was a privilege of the units, but COVID-19 has changed the rules of the game. The largest companies of Russian and foreign origin have faced a number of problems in the search and selection of line personnel, since the possibility of remote work for line employees is not provided at all, and line personnel are the smiths of the business of any company, regardless of its segment.
