Financial Model for Joint Venture Homestay Project on Highlands of Vietnam

The project and financial model are designed as a graduation project. The aim is to a working financial model for homestay on mountainous highlands or rural parts Vietnam. The goal is to build a model that can be used to make investment analysis for homestay projects within the tourism and hospitality industry, regardless of locations of the projects. The result of the projects is a model that automatically recalculates all financial indicators for any changes in the assumption. Analysis made on the results of the financial model show that the project is profitable and initial investments returns handsomely. The model automatically recalculates all financial indicators for any changes in the input data.
