During the pandemic, global sales trends began to undergo global changes. To date, the transition of sales trends from offline to online has become the most obvious. Many services of travel operators need to revise their marketing strategy and apply new tools to maintain and improve their competitiveness. The sales funnel is currently one of the most effective methods of increasing profits and increasing the number of loyal customers. Taking into account the trend of active growth of the online services market in the tourism sector, specialized companies need to make quick decisions and adapt their marketing strategy to new realities as soon as possible. before the actual completion of the transaction and its subsequent payment. A sales funnel is a marketing model that illustrates the theoretical journey of a customer from the moment they receive the first information about a product to its purchase. It is a conventional tactical scheme of the path that the ideal consumer formally follows. In the marketing environment, this meaning also includes the terms “touch funnel” and “purchase funnel”. In earlier studies, both foreign and domestic scientists were involved in the development of a sales funnel. Among the foreign scientists are the following: G. Adams, R. Battler, A Peterson, S. Rassle, U. Trausand, R. Sheldon and Elays Saint-Elmo Louise.
