Managing Employee Resistance During an Implementation of HR-analytics System

The purpose of this research was to identify the factors that affect the resistance of company employees when introducing new HR systems. The work had the following research tasks: to analyze approaches to the definition of the concept of resistance to change; describe the various theories and models of change management in organizations; measure the level of resistance of employees; identify the factors affecting the resistance of employees in the company when implementing an HR analytics system. A number of practical recommendations were developed for managing employee resistance in the process of introducing new HR systems for the managers of Burger King Russia based on the results of the work.
