Strategy Development for Child Education Center

Practice-oriented work, the purpose of which is to form a development strategy for the Bibelmot children's center in the context of the Covid-crisis. It is written on the basis of a study of the macro and microenvironment of this center using such strategic analysis tools as 4A+A, PESTLE, Industry Analysis by Porter, Map of strategic groups, Stakeholder analysis, Product-market Matrix and SWOT analysis. The results of this work also include a roadmap and a more detailed action plan.
