Customer Acquisition Strategy for a Digital Agency

For almost every company, there is a need to remain competitive and successful in the industry as it is easy to fail without well-organized customer acquisition, retention, and development strategies. This master thesis is dedicated to analyzing the customer acquisition process in a digital agency, providing recommendations, and solutions for further development of the strategy. The main research question can be formulated as follows: “How the digital agency can build an effective and profitable customer acquisition strategy for B2B relations in 2021?”. Research methods were literature review, case study, and expert interview. The expected results of the master thesis are provided and implemented recommendations and solutions for further development of the customer acquisition strategy of the digital agency. The work may be helpful for other B2B businesses in order to implement both theoretical and practical knowledge and improve the customer acquisition strategy.
