Search and Recruitment in X5 Retail Group

This paper describes the process of searching and recruiting employees in retail companies using the example of X5 Retail Group. The practical significance lies in the study of personnel management processes using the example of X5 Retail Group in order to form recommendations for their improvement. In particular, salesperson and store manager profiles have been developed to improve the quick picking process.
