Improving the Management of Processes in the Field of Taxation

This paper describes and simulates a business process that relates to the work of the accounting department. This process includes the work of a tax accountant. He makes settlements with buyers and customers, maintains a database of debtors and creditors, draws up reconciliation reports, and so on. In addition, the connection between the business process and the sphere of taxation was revealed, which further facilitated the work itself on the final qualifying work. The main criteria for optimizing the business process were identified. The main approaches to improving business processes are described, functional requirements for the system are spelled out. A SIPOC diagram and a functional diagram of the tax accounting automation system have been created for a detailed understanding of the business process. And the automated process of the accounting department is presented.
