The Experience of Mastering Industrial Technologies for the Provision of Medical Care on the Example of S.N. Fyodorov Eye Microsurgery Federal State Institution

In this thesis, an analysis of the experience of industrial technologies for the provision of medical care and an assessment of their application with the identification of positive and negative aspects is carried out on the example of the S.N. Fyodorov Eye Microsurgery Federal State Institution. The main stages of the development of the medical care industrialization in this medical organization were analyzed, and the conditions in which the use of such technologies became possible were investigated. The features of the aligned processes of surgical interventions with a large flow of patients are described in detail. The data on the organization of labor in the complex and the subsequent effect are given. Special attention is paid to assessing the quality of medical care and motivation of employees to large volumes of work.
