Craft beer is a new product on the market and the medical consequences of drinking it cannot yet be assessed. However, this work made it possible to identify a new segment of consumers - women, to determine the risks to their health as a result of beer consumption, to reveal how their interest in new products is formed and to establish that the taste characteristics and sweetness of the product are most attractive to them. In addition, it was possible to assess the health risks, namely for the endocrine system, the gastrointestinal system, the reproductive system and the oral cavity. The paper provides methodological recommendations on possible changes in the regular anti-alcohol policy in order to reduce the risks from consuming craft beer.
