The study analyzed the client base of an organization specializing in the B2B market. Key research questions: How to analyze the customer base as the example of an operating organization; How the obtaining information can be applied in practice to improve the work of the sales and marketing department; What ways of development and recommendations for optimizing work can be obtained through the segmentation.
