The process research was carried out on the basis of an analysis of the company's internal documentation, semi-structured interviews with process owners and performers, participatory observation, Ishikawa diagram and the “5 Why?” Method. 13 main and 2 auxiliary AS-IS processes were modeled, more than 30 unique problems in the project were identified and 14 recommendations were developed to cover each problem. Based on the recommendations, TO-BE processes were modeled and described, a program of measures for their implementation, and a workflow system in the task tracker was developed, which can be adapted to other company projects.
