Industrial clusters are one of the most effective ways to increase competitiveness and build relationships between companies in the market. However, in the Russian Federation, although this phenomenon exists, it has not become widespread. Companies do not join clusters because they do not see the benefits of staying in them. One of the reasons for the low level of information awareness of companies is the weak level of organizational mechanisms for managing clusters. In this paper, we analyze the organizational mechanisms of clusters in Russia and abroad in order to identify shortcomings, and also form a list of recommendations for their elimination, which will lead to a clear manifestation of the advantages of companies from staying in the cluster, as well as to increase these advantages.
