White-Collar Crime in Russia: Criminological Characteristics

In this paper, a comprehensive study of the concept of "white-collar crime" is carried out. The author has studied the criminological characteristics of the concept including indicators of crime and distinctive features. The analysis of the personality of a white-collar criminal as well as the determinants of crime in this area is carried out. The work also explores the main directions of countering white-collar crime in modern Russia.
