Analysis of the Relationship between the Requirements for the Modules of a Complex Automated Information System of a Major Software Manufacturer

Today it is impossible to ensure the vital activity of the state without the development of complex automated systems that would process huge amounts of information. For the purposes of our research, we will consider the application of such a system for one of the largest federal executive bodies performing the functions of control and supervision - the Federal Tax Service, which, like no one else, needs to develop and apply such a system. AIS "Tax-3" forms a unified information system used by the Federal Tax Service of Russia to automate activities for all functions and tasks. Purpose of the work: analysis of the implementation of the requirements for the modification of AIS "Tax-3" modules, developed and maintained by JSC "GNIVTs". Object: a branch of JSC "GNIVTs" in the Volga Federal District as the developer of the AIS "Tax-3". Subject: implementation of the interaction of employees when organizing the modification of the AIS "Tax-3" modules. Tasks: to give a general description of JSC "GNIVTs"; to give a general description of AIS "Tax -3"; to study the scheme of work of the branch of JSC "GNIVTS" in the Volga Federal District and the tasks to be solved; to build a structural diagram of the branch of JSC "GNIVTs" in the Volga Federal District using the Enterprise Architect application; to study the regulations governing the process of setting a problem for software development; to analyze the existing document flow process in the branch of JSC "GNIVTs" in the Volga Federal District when setting the task of modifying the modules of the AIS "Tax-3"; to develop proposals for improving the organization of work in the branch of JSC "GNIVTs" in the Volga Federal District when setting the task of modifying the AIS "Tax-3" modules and assess its possible effect. This paper presents the study of an approach to modeling the operations performed within the AIS "Tax-3" software package using the example of setting a task in the direction of the activities of the department of software development for the administration of individuals (hereinafter referred to as the taxpayer administration software).
