At the moment, it is difficult to overestimate the impact of the coronavirus crisis on our lives. The entire world is in the midst of an intensified fight against the pandemic, which has challenged our long-standing beliefs about everyday life. In Russia measures to contain the coronavirus have been announced, which could not have no effect on the business life of Russian society. This study seeks to understand how does the degree of formalization of an organization affect the effectiveness of the organization’s anti-crisis strategy?
