This study is to the comparative analysis of different approaches to intergroup conflict. The results of our study did not support our hypotheses. Moral obligation did not predict intergroup conflict directly. Moreover, this factor even reduced the significance of those factors that predicted these conflicts, such as Perceived competition and Symbolic threat. As for our Research questions, theoretically, we describe, what is it like, moral intergroup conflict, and which differences with other types of conflicts, it has. This description was built on the results of studies in the field of morality. In accordance with the results of theoretical analysis, the intergroup moral conflict has all attributes of classical intergroup conflict, such as the presence of groups, conflict behaviour, goals did not mention in other conflict theories. The worldview conflict hypothesis was confirmed that the differentiations between Democrats and Republicans have the value character.
