Modern Methods of Digital-Marketing in Promotion of Russian Banks during the Pandemics

The present study is aimed at examining modern methods of digital marketing in the promotion of Russian banks during the pandemic. The purpose of this research is to definition the effectiveness of modern digital marketing methods in promoting Russian banks during the pandemic on the example of VTB, Tinkoff and Raiffeisen Bank. For my research, I chose the method of in-depth interviews with experts in the field of banking, marketing, communication, PR and advertising. In the course of my work, I will evaluate the use of modern digital marketing methods in promoting Russian banks during the pandemic. In particular, it was planned to develop recommendations for the promotion of Russian banks using digital marketing methods to improve the efficiency of Russian banks. In this way, it presents an opportunity to propose new directions for academic research. Key words: communication, communication strategy, digital-marketing, Russian banking sector, pandemic.
