Reengineering of Business Processes as the Basis for Obtaining Competitive Advantages of the Company

Subject: Reengineering of business processes as a basis for obtaining competitive advantages of the company. The graduate qualification work consists of an introduction, two chapters, list of references. The research is conducted with the purpose of offering recommendations on reengineering in the company to obtain competitive advantages. In the introduction the relevance and development of the chosen topic is substantiated, the goal and objectives of the study are set. The first chapter "Theoretical Foundations of Business Process Reengineering and Company Competitiveness" presents: the essence of the concept, content, basic definitions of reengineering, domestic experience is given. The types, characteristics, prerequisites for implementation, as well as advantages and disadvantages are studied. The second chapter "Analysis of business processes in the company and development of proposals for reengineering (in the example of "PL-Provider")" analyzes and describes the existing business processes, draws a model "As Is" and "To Be" for all processes. Also practical recommendations for reengineering were generated. In the conclusion the main conclusions received as a result of the research are resulted. The total volume of the work is 64 pages without taking into account the applications.
