With each passing day, artificial intelligence technologies are developing faster and stronger. A person communicates daily with various forms of artificial intelligence: from voice assistants to online translators. Communication with the robot begins to replace live communication. This research aims to study this communication between artificial intelligence and a living person. It is necessary to study features and problems of this type of communication. Will artificial intelligence be able to achieve such a level of development that a person would be comfortable and convenient with this communication?
