Currently, most companies are focused not on the quantity of the product produced, but on its quality. In connection with this observation, companies are thinking about optimizing their processes to improve the quality of the final product, reduce costs, or simply automate work. Thus, the goal was set to optimize the business process of managing the leased facilities of ER-Telecom Holding. During this study, the theoretical basis will be considered, the “As is” model for the problem process will be built, a detailed analysis will be carried out to find the sources of problems, and measures will be developed to eliminate the identified problems. As a result, a specific decision will be made to improve the process and recommendations for the implementation of changes will be developed.
