This final qualified work is devoted to identifying the mutual influence of organizational culture and organizational structure on the development of the enterprise. We have studied and analyzed: organizational culture of the enterprise and determined its type; organizational structure of the enterprise and its type is determined; the correlation analysis is calculated and the existing relationship between culture and structure is revealed. In addition, measures have been developed to strengthen the existing organizational culture.
