The Company Model for Organizing Outsourcing of Supplies for Large Company

Subject: "Model of a company to organise outsourcing of supply chains of large companies". The volume of the thesis is 78 pages, containing 11 figures and 8 tables. While writing the thesis 52 sources were used. Key words: outsourcing, organisation, strategy, model. The object of the study is: an outsourcing company LLC "Crystal", which is engaged in organizing the supply of large companies The subject of the study is: the model of the organization. The thesis includes: introduction, three chapters, three conclusions on written chapters, final conclusion. The aim of this work was: to develop a business model of LLC "Crystal", which is engaged in organization of outsourcing supply of large companies in the construction, petrochemical industry, shipbuilding and machine building. The research objectives were as follows: 1. to explore the basic terminology that is used in business modelling 2. explore the theoretical aspects and concepts of organisation model development 3. study the tools required to develop an organization model 4. To analyse the current activities of the outsourcing company Crystal Ltd. 5. Construct a business model for Crystal Ltd. 6. Evaluate the effectiveness of the developed model During the work, the following theoretical issues were studied consisting of: terminology, hierarchical structure of the organization, stages of the life cycle of companies, etc., also the following tools were used in the analysis: 4A+A, SNW-analysis, product-market matrix, competitive analysis of 5 market forces by Michael Porter, PESTLE-analysis of external macro environment factors, organization model by 7S system from McKinsey & Company experts, business-model template by Alexander Osterwalder and Yves Pinet The data we analysed allowed us to find out company's characteristics: Crystal Ltd. is a young company, occupies only 5% of the market, according to USRLEU it is a micro-enterprise both in turnover and number of staff, a well organised company where everyone has his/her goals and objectives, the CEO is the main person of the company, but delegation of authorities is still underdeveloped. The company's competitors were also analysed. From the recommendations it is worth highlighting: the company needs to focus on market promotion, gaining experience, attracting customers and suppliers for further long-term cooperation, competitive advantages to be used by the company were highlighted. The shortcomings were also identified, which the company needs to cover in order to improve the process of operation.
