The study is devoted to the analysis of the effectiveness of online interactions of employees and their satisfaction with working conditions in the remote work mode. The main research question was to understand how the interaction of employees is realized in the realities of remote work? How are communication and work processes organized within the organization? The empirical research was carried out in two stages. The first is to conduct a qualitative stage of the research (interviews with employees of a large IT company). The second is to conduct a quantitative stage of the study (a standardized online survey of IT companies' employees who are faced with the transition to a remote mode of work). The processing of the interview data was carried out using the "axial" coding method. Methods for analyzing data from the quantitative stage of the study included the use of descriptive statistics, comparison of means (t-test for independent samples), cluster, factorial, correlation and regression analysis. Based on sociological theories in the analysis of literature, we were able to consider the theory of communication as a social process; to characterize the significant features of internal communications, business communication, remote communication. Theoretical analysis also allowed us to highlight the main indicators with the help of which empirical data analysis was carried out. Empirical research has shown that: 1. "Hybrid" work format increases the workload of workers in comparison with the completely remote one and reduces subjective assessments of work efficiency. 2. The costs of remote work are more often noted by respondents who are actively involved in communication processes and the organization of the work of other people - project curators and heads of structural divisions; regularly carrying out working interactions between departments. 3. In the conditions of remote work, information overload, information redundancy becomes a serious problem for employees of IT companies. 4. For effective business communication, it is important to be able to use alternative communication channels. 5. Revealed the relationship between the increase in the number of meetings and meetings and the increase in workload during remote work. 6. Most of the employees would like to keep the work format in which they work now. Most of all, at the present time, employees do not want to change the work schedule. The presented results allow us to draw a conclusion about the extremely important role of the quality of intracommunication processes in the organization and their influence on the assessment of work efficiency and social well-being of employees. Thus, the conduct of this study is the first stage for further study of satisfaction with intra-organizational processes in the context of the operating mode. Further opportunities for related research - study of the effectiveness of intra-organizational processes in the realities of remote work of employees of various industries (not only the IT industry); analysis of the relationship between the intensity of communication between employees and types of organizational behavior.
