The influence of lean manufacturing technologies on the corporate culture of the organization

Recently, the application of lean manufacturing techniques has been actively developing, not only in relation to the production process, but also in the aspects of influencing other factors of the company's life. Production is not any separate component of the company's activities, the production process affects all other aspects of the life cycle, and also has a direct impact on the corporate culture in the organization. The purpose of this work is to analyze the impact of lean manufacturing technology on corporate culture in an organization. The object of this research is LLC "K-Service", in turn, the subject of the study is the organizational culture, as well as the methodology of lean production at the enterprise LLC "K-Service". The practical result of this study is the formation of recommendations for the enterprise under consideration in order to improve and correct the corporate culture that occurred during the introduction of elements of lean production.
