In this work, I will try to present and analyze everything that I have learned about the methods, principles, conditions, techniques, difficulties encountered and other subtleties in terms of introspection – in fact, self-knowledge, I will also try to offer some alternative points of view on this process and try to explain their content from the point of view of the psychodynamic paradigm.
