Job Search Strategies and Role Choices by Video Games Developers

The paper presents a study of video game developers, specifics of job search in the labor market, motives for choosing roles in the gaming industry. The theoretical framework of the final qualification work is the theoretical model of the choice of job search channels by H. Holzer, as well as the model of the influence of choice on employment by P. Blau and S. Robins. The method used was a quantitative method of data collection - a questionnaire. The research was carried out by the "snowball" method. The novelty of the final qualifying work: 1. Identifying job search strategies for video game developers. 2. Determining the motives for choosing the roles of specialists employed in the gaming industry
