How to Describe Customers Segments for Paid Channels

The graduate qualification paper consists of an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion, a list of references and appendices. This research is devoted to the topic of segmentation. The main purpose of the work is to find universal rules and algorithms that will help quickly and effectively set up audiences on the platform FACEBOOK. The first stage of the research was to identify the most effective description criteria for the product online course "Emotional Intelligence" through testing. The second stage was to conduct expert interviews, which were used to formulate recommendations for the advertising campaign for the Business School. As a result of the research, universal rules for setting up audiences were formulated and, with the help of ADS MANAGER, segments for the "Emotional Intelligence Management" online course were described.
