Immigration as a Factor in Changing the Socio-Demographic Structure of the Population of Modern Germany

Topic: "IMMIGRATION AS A FACTOR IN CHANGING THE SOCIO-DEMOGRAPHIC STRUCTURE OF THE POPULATION OF MODERN GERMANY" The volume of the thesis is 50 pages, on which 13 graphs are placed. When writing the diploma, 49 different monographs and articles were used, as well as 17 sources. Keywords: migration, Germany, integration, impact on the socio-demographic sphere. The object of the study is migration to Germany. The subject of the study was the socio-demographic consequences of immigration for the Germany population. The thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters, and a conclusion. The introduction describes the relevance of the study, states the problem, the purpose and objectives of the study, defines the object, subject, sets the chronological framework, determines the methodological basis. The first chapter presents the main theoretical approaches to the concept of a migrant, as well as a brief overview of the main migration processes in Germany in the time period under review. The main groups of migrants by their ethnicity and occupation in Germany are listed. The second chapter analyzes the legal framework of the migration issue in Germany. The main focus is on identifying the degree how legislation system had been developed and the success of integration mechanisms implementation. The third chapter examines the direct impact of migrants on the German population, assesses the extent of this influence and gives its characteristics in terms of its impact on the socio-demographic processes in Germany. The conclusion is devoted to the main conclusions that were made in the previous chapters, as well as to a personal assessment of the prospects of the migration processes under consideration in the framework of considering possible ways of developing the socio-demographic situation in Germany.
