The current situation in the EAEU is extremely difficult, in the current realities the international organization is going through hard times, but there is potential for progress and better regulation of those issues that arise before the community of the Union countries. Like a living organism, the legislation of the EAEU is constantly being improved and improved, under the pressure of more and more new challenges, which, over time, the changing world throws up more and more often. Today, one of the challenges facing the countries of the union is the protection of intellectual property and the subsequent cooperation of countries with it on this issue. Currently, in the countries of the Union and in the world as a whole, economic relations are characterized by the active use of the results of human intellectual activity. The leading role in the national and world resources of countries is taken by the results of human mental labor, his creative activity, scientific potential. In the aggregate, the value content of the elements of intellectual activity increases annually. The growth of the intellectual component determines the search and improvement of the legal system in the field of formation, use and disposal of rights to intellectual property. In modern conditions, intellectual property is one of the important aspects of the economic policy of the state. Almost all countries of the world are involved in the international trade of Intellectual Property Objects, including the countries of the EAEU Union. I would like to note that some of the first places, first of all, are occupied by countries with high scientific and technological potential and economic growth. On the international intellectual property market, the EAEU countries are not leaders, but the countries strive to develop this industry. Special attention should be paid to the legal regulation of the intellectual component, the role of which is to find and solve the best construction of legal relations within the framework of existing legislation. The need of society and the state, in order to ensure the protection and control of intellectual property, is caused by the unfavorable economic and political consequences of the trade in counterfeit goods for the country at the international level, since the result of such negative practice is to undermine both the economic situation and the business reputation of the Union countries.
