Improving the Competitiveness of the Power Engineering Company "Tayra

These days the question of how to improve the competitiveness of companies remains one of the most relevant in the economic environment, since this indicator is a key factor that determines the ability of an entity to function in the market for a long time and achieve strategic goals. In addition, the achievement of a high level of competitiveness of domestic enterprises is the most important condition for the development of the Russian economy, leads to the saturation of the domestic market with competitive goods of Russian production and leads to a more successful integration of the Russian Federation into the world economic community. In particular, the concept and methods of increasing the competitiveness of manufacturing enterprises in the market of industrial ventilation equipment are of particular importance. General-purpose fans are used practically in all types of public spaces. For example, in such places as restaurants, cafes, ice palaces, car garages, etc. Ordering raw materials for the production of this type of product does not require large financial investments. In addition, since general-purpose fans are technologically simpler, their production does not require constant changeover of the company's existing equipment, and the storage of finished products does not provide any constraint. So, in connection with the above-mentioned factors, a large number of companies enter the market under consideration, which weaken the position of the focus enterprise of "Tayra". The purpose of the work is to develop recommendations for improving the competitiveness of "Tyra" company. To achieve the aim of this work, the following tasks were solved: 1) The analysis of the economic activity of the "Tayra" company was carried out. 2) The market of industrial ventilation equipment is analyzed. 3) The concept of the company's competitiveness is defined and the methods of its evaluation are considered. 4) Methods of increasing the competitiveness of manufacturing companies are considered. 5) The influence of environmental factors on the activities of the "Tayra" company was determined. 6) The internal environment of the company is analyzed. 7) The level of competitiveness of the "Tayra" company was evaluated. 8) Developed recommendations for improving the competitiveness of the "Tayra" company. In this paper, an analysis of the "Tayra" company was carried out, as a result of which the main directions of work to improve competitiveness were formulated.
