This final qualification work is devoted to the development of tools for more effective optimization of internal logistics processes: the author's methodology for assessing the digital maturity of internal logistics processes and the algorithm for digitalizing these processes. The relevance of the work lies in the fact that there is a problem of misunderstanding on the part of managers how to digitalize the processes of internal logistics without wasting money and a significant number of mistakes. In this paper, the author's methodology is based on the provisions of the digital maturity assessment of the Accounting Chamber of the Russian Federation, Deloitte Digital maturity model, and others. This method has been successfully tested in various companies in the city and allowed us to identify the existing level of digitalization of these processes, as well as the prospects for their development. Based on the identified errors and the negative experience of the respondents in digitalization, an algorithm was developed for the effective digitalization of the company's internal logistics processes.
