The thesis on the topic " Inventory Management in the Sales Organization of the Pharmaceutical Market Based on Decision Tree Method" contains 94 pages. The study is presented in the form of an introduction, three main chapters, and a conclusion. The first chapter provides an analysis of the economic condition and logistics activities of the company using data from open sources and internal information received from the focus company. The second chapter presents the theoretical information collected through the study of literary sources. In the third chapter, the problem of inventory management based on the decision tree method is set and solved. Object of work: Inventory management in the pharmacy chain. Subject of work: Improving the inventory management of the pharmacy chain. The study uses both theoretical and mathematical methods. Mathematical methods are applied to real data obtained from the focus company. Mathematical methods are used in the formulation, formalization and solution of the problem, ABC/XYZ analysis of the inventory. Theoretical methods are applied in the analysis of the company and the study/comparison of inventory management models. As a result of the study, the following goals were achieved. The activity of the focus company is investigated, general information about the company is analyzed and presented in the work. The financial activity of the company is considered. The analysis of both data from external sources and internal data is given. The accounting statements for one of the main legal entities were also analyzed. The company's logistics activities have been studied, and the structure of the divisions responsible for logistics activities has been studied. An assessment of their functional responsibilities is given, and problems are identified. The article considers the issue of assortment planning in pharmacy chains by analyzing the literature. An ABC / XYZ analysis of the organization's inventory was performed. The literature on inventory management models has been studied. The problem of inventory management under many criteria under conditions of uncertainty by the decision tree method is set and solved. The best solution is selected and the economic efficiency of the selected solution is shown.
