Developing a Project Risk Monitoring Program

The implementation of projects proceeds in uncertainty and constant changes. Often projects do not achieve their goals due to an untimely response to dangerous project risks. That is why managers should constantly monitor project risks. This research aims to developing a project risk monitoring program based on a comprehensive risk analysis of projects in PNPPK. The risks were identified and assessed using qualitative and quantitative tools. What is more, key indicators of the most dangerous risks were developed. Eventually, a project risk monitoring program was formed to help the company improve its project risk management process.
