Organizational Change Readiness and Employee Engagement: Gender Aspect

Employee engagement and readiness for organizational changes is an important element in the personnel management system. In the context of implementing organizational changes, employee engagement management becomes a competitive advantage for companies. Therefore, much attention is paid to the study of factors of engagement and readiness for change. A number of previous studies have looked on this issue; however, they did not focus on gender differences. The main objective of this article is to identify whether there are statistically significant gender differences in employee engagement and readiness for organizational changes. The study involved employees of Perm Company «Novomet-Perm». The results of the study revealed gender differences in the involvement of staff and their readiness for organizational changes.
