Today, a person is faced with a large amount of new information that affects his sense of the world and himself, his functioning, as well as the behavior of the individual in society. How healthy a person is, and how successfully he can perform labor activities, shows his level of psychological well-being. Therefore, the problem of psychological well-being of the individual in the modern world is gaining more and more relevance and requires further study. The work examines the level of psychological well-being using the Carol Rieff methodology and the level of personnel involvement in labor activity using the questionnaire of the Utrecht Work Enthusiasm Scale ”by W. Schaufeli. The sample included two groups of respondents from LLC Grindata: Generation Y and X. The study proved the influence of psychological well-being on employee engagement in the work process. The developed set of measures contributes to an increase in the level of psychological well-being of the staff of the company "Grindata" and an increase in the level of involvement in labor activity. This study is of practical importance, both for the leaders of the organization and for the staff.
