Transformation of Executive Search Technology during the Transition Online

The current scenario of business development is characterized by constant changes, more and more digital technologies are being developed, which is transferring the activities of companies into online, especially under the influence of a pandemic. Executive search is not an exception, the industry has changed a lot, client companies have shifted their priorities. The purpose of this work is to identify the features of the realization of the executive search technology in agencies during the transition online. A qualitative study was conducted on the basis of an international executive search agency to answer the following research question: «How has executive search technology changed during the transition online?». The methods used were interviews with experts, document analysis and observation. The study covered the practice of 6 countries (Russia, Czech Republic, Poland, Germany, UAE, Canada) and employees of all hierarchical levels. As a result of the study, the main trends in the industry were identified, which were formed in the context of the transition to online. In addition, a number of recommendations were developed for the agency to improve the executive search technology it uses in the future.
