Personnel is one of the most important components of any organization, and properly selected employees have a positive impact on the company's productivity. However, not all organizations regularly optimize the recruitment process. The purpose of this study was to determine what stages the recruitment process consists of and how to optimize it with help of the modern methods. The process of optimizing recruitment is multistage and time-consuming. As a result, in the study the optimization of hiring was researched, as the first stage of recruitment, on the example of the company «ЭР-Телеком». At the same time, the implementation of the proposed recommendations can have a positive impact on the selection process as a whole. To achieve this goal, a diagram of the recruitment process in the BPMN notation was created and analyzed with information collected during interviews and analysis of internal documents. Based on the identified problem areas, the main recommendations for optimizing the recruitment process were been proposed. This work is the first stage in the process of optimizing recruitment and further optimization of the next stage of recruitment - selection is planned.
