Improving the Corporate Approach to Product Management Based on Agile Development Principles

In modern conditions, the use of agile technologies is becoming more common, however, only the improvement of the management approach according to the characteristics of the company helps to maximize the company's results and successfully develop products and projects. The purpose of this study is to develop recommendations for improving the corporate approach to product management based on the principles of agile development at RT MIS. During the study, the relevance of the work was confirmed through the interview with the head of the project department, the current approach to agile product management was assessed and bottlenecks were identified. The assessment tools were polls and team retrospective. The study results in recommendations for improving the corporate approach to product management at RT MIS. These recommendations will improve the productivity of agile product teams and the quality of product development.
