The paper considers the tendency of formalization of processes and management procedures in the process of organizational change, improvement and development of the organization. The practice of creating full-time positions of specialists in the field of change management, the development of specialized management education programs meant for the formation of competencies in the field of organizational dynamics is identified. The competency profile of a specialist in the field of organizational change management is clarified. The practical experience of HR support of changes within a company is examined.
