Assessment of the Organizational Culture Success

One of the important factors allowing to manage changes is organizational culture of the company. Without exception, most successful companies have strongly pronounced attributes of organizational culture corresponding to its goal, mission, values, and distinguishing one organization from another. That is why it is necessary to constantly monitor the level of organizational culture. Also, it will serve as a basis for making management decisions. The existence of universal criteria for assessing organizational culture is still controversial. Widespread is the way to assess the effectiveness of organizational culture through its impact on the success of the enterprise. In the framework of this work, the concept of successful organizational culture through satisfaction of critical stakeholders' interests is considered by the example of the Perm office of "Capital Life Insurance" Ltd. In the process of the research, the criteria determining the success of the organizational culture of the company were identified. All the criteria were measured with the help of survey techniques and the profile of organizational culture of the company was made. Based on this, a list of recommendations for approaching the organizational culture of the Perm office of LLC "Capital Life Insurance" to the ideal state was developed.
