Improving Logistics Support in E-Commerce: a Case Study of M.video Company

This work is dedicated to the logistics support of e-commerce. The object of the research is "M.video" company, the subject of the work is the logistics support of online retail in "M.video" company. The purpose of the work is to develop recommendations for improving logistics support in the considered group of companies. The developed solutions are based on theoretical information on the topic of work and on the corporate information of "M.video" company. The economic effect of the solutions will be shown on the strategic profit model.
