The construction of a factory is an expensive project, the implementation of which in modern conditions is associated with the attraction of borrowed capital. Taking into consideration the high cost and large share of the attracted investment loan, such projects must be implemented as soon as possible. All this leads to high requirements for the quality of project management. This study was devoted to the study of the features of the ongoing investment and construction project (IСP) "Construction of a textile factory in the Industrial Park Esipovo". The purpose of the thesis is to identify the main problems and risks based on the analysis of the course of implementation of the ICP, as well as to develop proposals to improve the efficiency of project management. Based on the interviews conducted and the survey of the main stakeholders of the project, the most important areas of knowledge were identified in relation to this project. As a result of the analysis of the existing practice of managing this ICP for the shareholders of TT Group LLC, specific proposals were developed to allow the company to make changes to the project management plan as soon as possible, form a detailed calendar-network model of the project with regard to the identified risks and describe the success criteria. All this will increase the chances of successful implementation of this project.
