Improving the Order Fulfillment Process while Increasing the Transparency of a Trading Company's Supply Chain

According to the Euromonitor 2021 survey, the turnover of the sporting goods market in the Russian Federation is currently declining due to the economic crisis caused by the coronavirus pandemic. In order to remain a competitive player in such difficult times, it is necessary not only to be able to adapt to the constantly changing conditions, but also to control and monitor the supply chain. That is why the task of building a transparent supply chain becomes one of the most significant for the enterprises. This paper examines the logistics component of the process of fulfilling customer orders while improving the transparency of the supply chain. The main objective of the paper is to develop a system of measures to improve the process of fulfilling customer orders when increasing the transparency of the supply chain on the example of the trading company Asics Rus LLC. Increasing the level of efficiency and maturity of this business process can lead to improved logistics service quality, growth of competitiveness and enhancing economic efficiency of the company, which will eventually strengthen the company's position in a market with strong competition. The final result of the work is a step-by-step list of measures aimed at improving the performance of customer orders by increasing the transparency of supply chain, as well as the analysis of economic efficiency of the proposed measures and evaluation of ways of further strategic development of the company. The paper consists of the following structural elements: introduction, three chapters, conclusion, list of used literature and appendices. The text of the paper is presented on 128 pages.
