The Role of Object Relations of the Company Founder in the Dynamics of Psychotic Anxiety of the Organization

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the relationship between the object relations of the company founder and company leaders and the dynamics of organizational psychotic anxiety using a case study of a technological international company. Understanding of its causes, as well as differentiation of anxiety experienced by employees allows to make a forecast of further organization dynamics, to formulate a plan of interventions to correct the organizational containment.   The work set theoretical tasks to study theories of object relations, psychoanalytic concepts about leadership, management styles and dysfunctional types of leadership in organizations, group defensive mechanisms of response to anxiety in the organization. Empirical tasks were to analyze the case of a particular technology company with an explanation of the causes of psychotic anxiety, as well as to determine the main type of anxiety. As a result of the study the influence of the object relations of the founder of the company and the object relations of the CEO of the company on the formation of separation anxiety in the organization, as well as the associated regression and formation of collective psychological defenses, as well as groups with basic assumptions, which forms the basis for use in further work with the leaders of the company.
