The final qualifying work is devoted to the study of the possibilities of using swarm routing algorithms in IoT. This work includes an introduction, three chapters, a bibliography and six appendices. The first chapter contains a description of the features of routing in the IoT, namely, the methods of transmitting data in the IoT, the types of routing algorithms. In addition, it presents the existing performance indicators of routing algoriths, the features that swarm intelligence brings to routing tasks, and it also provides an analysis of publications by authors who have investigated various swarm routing algorithms. The second chapter is devoted to the study of swarm algorithms of three different degrees of knowledge, the features of the work of the selected algorithms are shown there. In addition, this chapter provides a description of the algorithms, block diagrams of these algoriths are given, and their advantages are described. The third chapter is devoted to the development of three algorithms of varying degrees of knowledge. In this chapter, the development process for each of these algorithms is presented, the results of testing the algorithms are carried out. In addition, there is a comparison of these algorithms based on the number of cycles required to search for an optimal solution of these algorithms, as well as an assessment of the accuracy of the results of the algorithms. In conclusion, the results of the work done are summarized, and ideas for further research in the field of routing algorithms are proposed. The work includes six appendices, twelve figures and two tables.

Student Theses at HSE must be completed in accordance with the University Rules and regulations specified by each educational programme.

Summaries of all theses must be published and made freely available on the HSE website.

The full text of a thesis can be published in open access on the HSE website only if the authoring student (copyright holder) agrees, or, if the thesis was written by a team of students, if all the co-authors (copyright holders) agree. After a thesis is published on the HSE website, it obtains the status of an online publication.

Student theses are objects of copyright and their use is subject to limitations in accordance with the Russian Federation’s law on intellectual property.

In the event that a thesis is quoted or otherwise used, reference to the author’s name and the source of quotation is required.
