Thesis on the topic "Business Process of Loan/Guarantee Issuance Automation". This paper describes the process of automating the business process of making a decision on granting a loan/guarantee. The first chapter provides an analytical overview of the market of banking services; the second chapter describes the algorithm of designing the target business process, including, designing of an object model and use-case diagram, generating of a matrix of the relationship between stages and performers, and engineering of a business process for issuing a loan/guarantee; the third chapter presents the process of automating the business process on the GreenData platform.
